Autumn Rally - Gallery 1
May 2 to May 6, 2021
Photos by Tim Shellshear, Report by Julie Craig
Our event in the Hunter was everything we hoped it would be, from lunch at The Royal Motor Yacht at Toronto on Monday through to the conclusion on Friday at Kirkton Park International Hotel, where most people seemed reluctant to leave.
The standard and variety of the 50 cars in attendance was exceptional with very few minor mechanical problems over the week, which speaks highly for the attention to detail shown by the owners. It was a privilege to be among such beautiful vehicles and to see 93 happy faces looking forward to the day's events was wonderful.
Dave and Mary Stuart did not disappoint with the very high standard of runs through beautiful countryside. Although the roads were challenging after the recent very wet weather in the region, the cars, drivers and passengers handled them magnificently.

We were treated to exceptional lunches at Ben Ean Estate, by the CWA ladies at Clarence town and Dungog and local agricultural college .
As expected, everything at Kirkton Park International Hotel was of a very high standard and the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable and enjoyable.
Since returning home we have had a very large number of messages of thanks from attendees stating how wonderful it was to be out and about in their cars and catching up with old friends and meeting and welcoming new members to this great club - the Vintage Sports Car Club of Australia.
