VSCCA Autumn Rally
in the Hunter Valley
3 – 7 May 2021
Forget the virus and 2020 which was a real lemon and treat yourself to a not-to-be-missed, four nights Hunter Wine Region experience at the beautiful Kirkton Park Hunter Valley Resort in Pokolbin.
The rally starting point will be at the R.S.L. Club in Swansea for lunch at 12 midday when you will be provided with your rally packs and directions to Pokolbin. Some entrants will no doubt go directly to Kirkton Park. The Friday of the rally will allow you to return home at your leisure.
We will provide you with two touring days on scenic sealed roads with very little traffic plus one day to visit historic houses and places interest in the Maitland and Morpeth district.
First in, first served
As we are governed by Covid restrictions numbers will be limited. The number of participants has been increased from a maximum of 40 cars to a maximum of 40, first in first served.

Early entries are imperative
These expressions of interest are needed early to enable us to secure the accommodation booking at Kirkton Park. The first 40 entries received by me will be sent a meals payment form. Those entries received in excess of 40 will go onto a waiting list.

Please do not make a booking at Kirkton Park yet.
Final arrangements will not be made between Julie and Kirkton Park until January 12 after which time a booking code will be issued. So please do NOT contact Kirkton Park at this stage and, when bookings are open, you will need the booking code.
On receipt of your entry form and payment, you will be provided with a link to make direct contact with Kirkton Park to secure your room booking and provide them your credit card details for payment on your departure.
NOTE: Unfortunately due to non-availability of weekend accommodation we have had to set a mid-week event.
IMPORTANT: Should the event be cancelled all money paid will be refunded in full.

Don’t miss out on what we believe will be a great event, having been in lockdown for so long.
We have been given a special rate at this exceptional five-star resort and though being $220 per double per night (depending on the room type you choose) including a hot breakfast, this will be a great way to celebrate your first touring event in your Club car in 18 months.
Although this rally is a few more dollars more than past events, please understand anything in the Hunter Valley Pokolbin area is not cheap.
